Individual psychological counselling is a safe space to carefully explore your difficulties, thoughts and feelings, to understand, how you came about to be where you are now, and to find where to go next.
I provide individual psychological counselling services for adults who face various life difficulties, difficulties adjusting to life changes, experience stress, anxiety and relationship problems. I also work at Vilnius university as a researcher in suicide prevention and I am interested in specialised therapies for those thinking about suicide or bereaved by suicide.
I have spent 4 years studying and working in Australia and returned to Lithuania in 2016. I speak fluent English and feel comfortable providing counselling in this language.
In 2016 I defended my PhD at the Australian Insititute for Suicide Research and Prevention, Griffith University. I spent 4 years there, researching impulsivity of suicide attempts, the suicidal process and stigma associated with suicidality.
